Billing and payment terms published by EasyPointPOS.
These Terms of Service govern your use of EasyPointPOS billing services, hosted tools, and support features.
1. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to keep that information current.
2. Paid subscriptions, added devices, and add-on services may renew or bill according to the plan or service you select.
3. You authorize EasyPointPOS to charge the payment method you place on file for approved subscription charges, service charges, and related taxes or fees.
4. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials and devices.
5. EasyPointPOS may suspend billing-backed services for failed payments, fraud risk, misuse, or material violations of these terms.
6. Support, onboarding, and billing workflows may generate system notifications and service emails related to your account.
7. Continued use of the service after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
EasyPointPOS collects account, contact, business, billing, onboarding, device, support, and usage information needed to provide and improve the service.
We use this information to process onboarding, manage subscriptions, provide support, secure accounts, communicate about service activity, and meet legal, tax, and payment-processing obligations.
We may share information with trusted service providers, payment processors, identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, support tools, and legal or compliance partners when needed to operate the service. We do not sell customer personal information.
Payment details may be handled by payment processors and vaulted in accordance with applicable security requirements. EasyPointPOS does not store CVV after authorization.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, business, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers may contact EasyPointPOS support to request access, correction, deletion, or other assistance with their account information, subject to operational, legal, and compliance limits.
