Built for the stall

A farmers market POS that weighs, takes cards and works with no signal

A folding table, a scale, a line of customers and a field with one bar of signal. EasyPoint runs on a tablet, weighs produce straight into the cart, takes cards with a cash discount, and keeps selling when the signal drops.

What it handles

Built for a stall that packs up at noon

Scale items Beta Tomatoes, peaches and honey by the pound, read straight off the scale into the cart. The receipt shows the weight and the per-pound price.
Sells with no signal Fields, fairgrounds and parking lots. The register keeps taking orders and cards, then uploads everything the moment it is back online.
Runs on a tablet An Android or Windows tablet you already own, a pinpad and a scale. It fits on a folding table and packs into one bag.
Cash discount on the pinpad The cash price and the card price are on the sign and on the screen. The pinpad handles the difference so you never explain it in the line.
Receipts that print anywhere Print on a small battery printer or text the receipt to the customer's phone. Fewer slips blowing across the market.
What sold, by market See what each market took, what sold out and what came home, from your phone before you have packed the van.

What it costs

No contract, no setup surprise. The register is a monthly plan per device, the card processing is a program you choose, and the hardware is bought once and stays yours.

Questions

Farmers Market Stalls owners usually ask

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The register keeps taking orders and card payments with no signal, then uploads everything when the connection returns. A dead zone at the fairground does not cost you a sale.

What hardware do I need at a stall?

An Android or Windows tablet you already own, a pinpad and a scale if you sell by weight. A small battery printer is optional; receipts can be texted instead.

How does the cash discount work at a market?

Your sign shows the cash price and the card price. The pinpad shows the customer the price for the way they are paying, and the receipt prints it the same way.

What does a farmers market POS system cost?

You pay per register, per month, with no contract. Card processing on the dual-pricing program costs you nothing. Current plan prices are on the pricing page.
